Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology convergence points
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for global market disruptions
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs to validate emerging tech viability
- Present foresight findings to Board of Directors and investor consortiums
- Architect cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with NASA and DARPA partners
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and neurotech applications
- Manage $2M annual innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or futures consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological inflection points
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market deployment
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
