Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, product managers, backend developers) to define features and improve user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Database Management: Design and manage database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity and security.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js. Experience with Python or Java is a plus.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
