Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for future growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
