Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ devices
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for new client implementations
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement zero-trust architecture protocols
- Lead system migration projects during weekend maintenance windows
- Mentor junior technicians on troubleshooting methodologies
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Splunk dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and automation scripting
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong documentation skills with ServiceNow or Jira platforms
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment deployment tasks
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional off-site support
