The Role
You will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable web applications using modern technologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team growth.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
