Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA) to define requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to ensure fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices within the team.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production and development environments, providing timely resolutions to ensure system uptime.
- Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality and enhance data capabilities.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js or similar modern frameworks.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python; experience with RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Agile: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on iterative delivery.
