The Role
In this position, you will own the end-to-end development lifecycle of our flagship platform, from architectural design to deployment. You will work alongside world-class designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to define product requirements and technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on performance optimization.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward project delivery.
