Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Manage help desk tickets with rapid response SLAs
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Support cloud services (O365, Azure) user configurations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional site visits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
