Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- System Optimization: Analyze bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Database Management: Design and manage complex database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) to support high-traffic data requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on the Full Stack.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js or Python.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
