Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python) to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards to ensure long-term scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications run smoothly across all devices and browsers.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing strategies to guarantee software stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend: Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
