The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will own key components of our product suite, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers to elevate the team's technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize database performance and ensure application speed and responsiveness across all devices.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical strategy sessions for the engineering team.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code walkthroughs and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and implement technical improvements to reduce latency and increase throughput.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, remote-first environment.
