Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex design concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Deep experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, or Context API) and build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Parcel).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
