Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions for our global clientele.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and UX Designers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Drive technical innovation and propose architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with strong knowledge of modern web frameworks (Django, Spring, etc.).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
