Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of AI-driven automation and predictive analytics tools.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) for potential integration.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline, ensuring high-fidelity prototypes are delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for futuristic projects.
- Establish best practices for agile innovation and rapid prototyping in a high-tech environment.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and tech summits.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Strategy, or Technical Management.
- Proven history of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Strong background in Quantum Computing principles and Blockchain applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
