Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for 99.99% uptime across multi-region deployments
- Implement robust monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analyses for critical production issues
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and cloud architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE)
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems
- Experience with infrastructure security and compliance frameworks
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation at enterprise scale
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
