Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate service records in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Assist with software deployments, updates, and system maintenance tasks
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
