Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitLab CI
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for 99.99% availability and cost efficiency
- Implement robust monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response for critical production systems
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize deployment strategies and release cycles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud-native architectures
- Expert proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, RDS)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Go
- Deep knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Terraform/CloudFormation
- Experience with financial services or fintech compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX)
- Demonstrable history of reducing operational costs by 30%+
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
