Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring and incident response
- Conduct advanced threat hunting using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Develop and execute penetration testing on federal systems
- Collaborate with CISO team to design zero-trust architectures
- mentor junior analysts and create threat intelligence reports
- Manage NIST compliance frameworks for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years cybersecurity experience with CISSP/GCIH certification
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and cloud-native architectures
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- Proficiency in Python, Powershell, and security automation
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework implementation
