Your Mission
As an Entry Level IT Specialist, you will be the face of our technical support team, helping users resolve issues and ensuring our infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees and clients.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Manage and update the IT inventory system accurately.
- Document all technical tickets and resolutions in our support database.
- Assist in network maintenance and security updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
