Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP/Azure services
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture reviews and monitoring tools
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to ensure compliance
- Document architecture decisions and create runbooks for operational excellence
- Respond to critical production incidents with SLA-driven resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) certification required
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Docker Swarm)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go scripting skills for automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Proven track record in high-availability system design
- Ability to thrive in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
