Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive architectural vision for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation within the platform.
- System Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex, distributed systems that ensure high availability and performance at scale.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Security & Compliance: Architect robust security protocols to safeguard proprietary data and ensure compliance with global regulations.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring junior architects and developers.
- Vendor Management: Assess and manage partnerships with key technology vendors and third-party solution providers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying future trends and translating them into long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
