Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year predictive accuracy
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
