Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks, biotech integrations)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives reducing environmental impact by 40% by 2026
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
