Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI system architectures that support autonomous agents and advanced machine learning workflows.
- Optimize Performance: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for high-volume deployments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in AI engineering.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure system integrity and data privacy.
- Protocol Development: Define communication protocols between heterogeneous AI agents and legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, and MLOps pipelines.
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Trend Awareness: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, such as Edge AI or Quantum-ready algorithms.
