In this role, you will define the architectural roadmap for our core AI products, ensuring they are robust, ethical, and ready for the future of enterprise computing. You will work alongside top-tier researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale AI and machine learning systems tailored for the 2026 era.
- Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native AI infrastructures.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct technical due diligence for strategic partnerships and acquisitions in the AI space.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum AI, and Ethical AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading high-impact projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
