Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years leading quantum research teams at top institutions
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing $2M+ in government/industry funding
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects preferred
