Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex data insights into user-centric features.
- Ensure the highest standards of data security, privacy, and ethical AI compliance.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience in MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
