Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business goals.
- Lead the architecture of complex AI systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends in the AI space to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the R&D efforts related to Generative AI, NLP, and Predictive Analytics.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for AI model governance and ethical deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
