Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge AI.
- Lead research and development initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation technologies.
- Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives, communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Oversee ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced AI deployments.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech stacks, vendors, and partnerships to drive competitive advantage.
- Guide a team of engineers and data scientists in the adoption of futuristic methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, AI, or Strategic Planning.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading R&D teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate technical roadmaps into business value.
