- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-36 month implementation horizons
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven project portfolio oversight
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-tech validation
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, GDPR)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia)
