Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure for generative models and large language models (LLMs).
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating autonomous AI agents into existing software ecosystems.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to translate business needs into AI technical requirements.
- Conduct performance optimization and cost-reduction analysis for large-scale model training and inference.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying successful LLMs or Generative AI products.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
