Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, distributed systems capable of supporting next-generation AI workloads and data processing.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies like Generative AI, Web3, and Edge Computing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor senior engineers and architects to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Drive the migration and optimization of legacy systems towards cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Establish robust protocols for system resilience and data security in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or engineering leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Acumen: Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Advanced Data Structures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and navigating complex technical challenges.
