Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of our proprietary Year 2026 AI framework, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding researchers, data scientists, and backend engineersâto deploy and optimize machine learning models.
- Design and implement data pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets for real-time inference.
- Advocate for best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native architecture.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems trends for 2026.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning strategies, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Helm).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
