Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Initiatives: Architect and direct the research strategy for next-generation AI models, specifically focusing on scalability and sustainability by 2026.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize deep learning models using state-of-the-art architectures including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Engineering: Ensure deployed models meet high standards for inference speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Implement and enforce rigorous guidelines for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex research into market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production-level models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with MLOps pipelines and the integration of AI into edge computing environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
