Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning quantum computing, biotech, and AI development with ESG principles
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in the 2026 tech landscape
- Develop patent strategies and IP frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior researchers in technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI technologies from lab to market
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Management (STM)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
