- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the creation of the company's 3-year technology vision, identifying and integrating emerging trends such as Agentic AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready data structures.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance, resilient systems capable of handling projected global data loads.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Direct cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-gen software that redefines industry standards.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Establish and enforce architectural best practices, ensuring code quality, security, and performance at scale.
- Foster a Future-Ready Culture: Cultivate an environment of continuous learning, experimentation, and rapid prototyping within the engineering department.

Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of navigating rapid technological shifts and driving innovation.
- Core Competencies: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, DevOps, and modern programming paradigms.
- Future-Ready Skills: Strong familiarity with Generative AI, Blockchain integration, and edge computing technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
