Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning emerging tech trends with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to automate and enhance business processes.
- Research & Development: Cultivate relationships with leading tech innovators and research institutions to pilot cutting-edge solutions.
- Cybersecurity Architecture: Oversee the development of a zero-trust security framework capable of defending against future threats.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and architects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving digital transformation in large-scale organizations.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or similar advanced technical certifications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
