Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks and Transformer evolution.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability for deployment on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into user-facing products.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and safety.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and patent new methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical strategy within the research division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning research or software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
