Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging tech adoption (quantum, bio-integration, etc.)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness of organizational systems
- Mentor junior strategists in forward-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven experience developing long-term digital transformation plans
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future tech trends (2020-2025)
