Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web4.0)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies affecting 2026+ markets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI ethics, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario modeling and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology fields
