- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong understanding of quantum computing and AI ethics
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global markets
- Certification in strategic innovation management (preferred)
