Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Lead research initiatives into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and next-gen algorithms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-velocity, real-time inference and reduce model latency.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies across all products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated experience in MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
