Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity 2D user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers to translate design concepts into pixel-perfect code.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Optimize existing designs for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual design system and component library to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D web design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals is a strong plus.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and white space.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design and user-centric problem-solving.
- Experience with motion graphics or 2D animation is a plus.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly on designs.
