Responsibilities

- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge-AI protocols.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on rapid prototyping and long-term strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product roadmaps aligned with the 2026 technological horizon.
- Ensure system security, resilience, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency reduction and energy efficiency in next-gen environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed system design principles.
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks and simulation tools is highly preferred.
- Strong command of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
