- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for complex machine learning tasks, focusing on speed and precision.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research scientists to translate theoretical breakthroughs into practical, deployable software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to handle massive datasets with real-time processing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
