Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for production environments with a focus on latency and throughput.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal Learning) and implement novel architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and quantization to reduce resource costs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
