Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning for 2026-2030 innovations across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with commercial opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments in exponential technologies
- Author predictive whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Identify disruptive startups and emerging talent for acquisition/partnership
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Tech S curves)
- Global network of innovators and academic researchers
