What you'll impact: Develop 5-year tech roadmaps, lead cross-disciplinary moonshot projects, and partner with Fortune 500 companies to future-proof their digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and climate-positive AI
- Lead cross-functional moonshot projects with 6-figure innovation budgets
- Advocate for ethical tech standards in emerging domains (neurotech, autonomous systems)
- Develop patentable solutions for climate-positive tech and human augmentation
- Host quarterly 'Future Horizons' briefings for C-suite executives
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-facing products (quantum/AI/AR)
- Expertise in tech ethics frameworks and sustainable innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or Systems Engineering
- Public speaking experience at global tech forums (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or climate-tech
