What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Research and prototype novel deep learning algorithms, specifically focusing on LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model training efficiency and reduce inference costs using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex data insights into user-centric AI solutions.
- Guide the technical strategy for the engineering team, mentoring senior and junior developers alike.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing.
- Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends, with a specific interest in the evolution of AGI.
