- Infrastructure Optimization: Design high-performance MLOps pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion and real-time inference.
- Autonomous Systems: Develop and refine reinforcement learning algorithms to power next-generation autonomous agents and decision-making engines.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI) and integrate relevant technologies into our roadmap.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and adherence to evolving global AI regulations.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Research Focus: Strong publication record or patent portfolio in AI/ML research is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
